Bridging raw sensor data and strategic decisions through intuitive monitoring dashboards.
The objective was to transform disconnected sensor streams into a high-fidelity monitoring ecosystem. By leveraging real-time data processing and semantic design tokens, we enabled factory operators to anticipate maintenance needs before they occur.


The Process & Discovery
The journey started with deep field research, observing operators in high-heat, high-noise environments where quick data readability is a matter of safety.
We prototyped high-contrast UI patterns that remain legible under varying lighting conditions and simplified complex alarm hierarchies into a three-tier urgency system. This reduced response times for critical events by over 40% during testing.
The Result
The final platform provides a unified view across multiple sensor types—temperature, vibration, and flow—allowing for predictive maintenance modeling that anticipates machine failure with 85% accuracy.
