Transforming complex freight data into a "Cell-Phone Intuitive" reporting experience.
The Reporting tool is designed for immediacy—shippers and teams can use it from day one with no training. By implementing advanced filtering for carrier performance, weight brackets, and transit times, we achieved a new standard in logistics data accessibility.
The Process & Discovery
The journey began with extensive stakeholder interviews and user shadowing to uncover the real pain points, not just the perceived ones.
We moved quickly from low-fidelity wireframes into interactive prototypes, validating our assumptions with real users every week. This iterative cycle ensured that the final design was stress-tested against actual use cases before a single line of production code was written.
The Result
By automating CO2 tracking across every shipment segment (pickup, main leg, and delivery) and supporting over 40 international currencies, we provided shippers with a global, transparent view of their logistics operations.
